Victoria founded Rainmaker HR with the intent to guide businesses through the complex challenges related to employment law. She is an experienced HR professional and licensed attorney. Graduating from the University of San Diego with a BA in Business and Juris Doctorate, Victoria litigated for ten years before co-founding a regional staffing company. After successfully leading human capital, legal, finance and operations for nine years and helping guide the company to annual revenues of $10 million, she strategically brokered the sale of the organization. She uses all the experience gained both as a litigator and successful business owner to provide best-in-practices HR consulting solutions to California and US companies.
